    The anti inflammatory smoothie works wonders if you do it everyday consistently. I had joint pains and they went away. I stopped doing it and picked up bad eating habits so they came back. Definitely recommend drinking these!

    For greater anti-inflammatory effect turmeric can be paired with black pepper. Not much pepper is required, but it helps with absorption of the active compounds in the turmeric. Wonderful recipes!
