    Alcohol is not beneficial. There are ZERO legitimate studies demonstrating benefits. It’s just a popular myth promoted by alcohol advertisers.

    Italians eat a lot of pasta but not in one sitting. Its not served as in USA. Pasta is eaten more sensibly.Also the wheat grain isnt genetically modified. Isnt dairy inflammatory? I appreciate your input. There seems to be lits of confusion across the board within the nutrition world.Dr. Gundry says tomatoes are bad bc of lectins.Other says its not and so forth.People are rightfully confused.

    GREAT VIDEO. The carbs in this “diet” can be ridiculous. I solve that by not eating conventional breads and pasta. Stick to Hero brand breads and Kaizen rices and pastas.

    And the sources in Med diet seem to be more pure. Honey and olive oil are not adulterated like in US markets. Autumn, do you have a high protein artichoke dip recipe? Would love to see that.

      Are you able to tolerate stevia (if it’s such a small amount that it does not taste like stevia)? If so, I really like Nectar Electrolytes. Don’t get the same amount of sodium, but I can boost with Celtic sea salt if needed and still have a good flavor with really clean ingredients.

    Italy, and most European countries, don’t usually drink wine by itself. They drink a glass of wine WITH a meal, pairing it with their food. Waaaay different from Americans who can sit down and guzzle several glasses of wine with no food. I intermittent fast and have a glass of wine with my afternoon meal (usually my largest meal) several times a week. I’ve had NO trouble losing weight or maintaining my weight. I pair my wine to my meal to enjoy the wine even more. And I stick to a 4-5oz serving of wine.
