What espresso machine/french press do you have?
Breville for my espresso and bodum for the French press ☕️
Nice new video!❤
Hey Autumn! What kind of water system do you have?
Hi! it’s a reverse osmosis + re-mineralization under the sink system.
@@AutumnBates thank you!!!
Would using an Instant Pot affect the dried beans because they wouldn’t long soak? I can prep Lentils in between 6-8 minutes and chickpeas in 45 minutes, for example, and never have to soak them.
I hardly buy any highly processed foods anymore. Eating wholefoods is transformative. Thank you for this video. Thank you for the shoutouts during yesterday’s Live. There were so many new AENPeeps! Spring is finally here! Let’s gooooooo 🙌❤️🇨🇦
The only thing i buy that i probably should not is Adkins brownies and canned beets I’m addicted to beets
Very informative video. Great tips! Thank you so much.😊
Making me jelly again lol
Buying for one is a royal pain.
Throw out so much salad and veg items cos where I live I’m afraid it’s all packaged. Buying for 1 means buying a huge amount I’ll never use. ☹️
I seriously need a small veggie patch. If people actually knew their neighbours these days, it would be great to go back to what my parents did when I was a kid.
If you had too many carrots etc, you’d swap them with your neighbour for like nectarines or something they grow like rhubarb that you don’t grow.
🌞Thanks Autumn! ⚘️
You are an inspiration!
Happy last day of Winter!
Cheers! ☕️🕊♥️✨️
Canned beans can be 50-50, frankly speaking, the only thing that keeps me away is the sodium content. I don’t appreciate pre-made salad dressings, at least the ones where I live aren’t of decent quality. The only salad kit I’d buy is rocket since I opt for fresh over frozen vegetables, currently I consume lettuce a lot; at least where I live fresh is most times cheaper than frozen. Being a fan of spices, I’d also rather have individual ones than a mix. I am not certain which is healthier when it comes to alternative types of milk, I haven’t tried coconut milk yet; lately I stick to unsweetened almond milk. I drink filter coffee and the one I buy is already ground and the food label doesn’t mention anything bad, so why not? Cheers.
Presoak a pound of beans and cook overnight in a crock pot. They freeze wonderfully.
I def start making my own beans. The cost for organic can has gone up tremendously
