I eat carnivore so protein isn’t a problem. I listen to podcasts and audiobooks so I’m not stuck inside watching TV or YouTube so much.

I prefer whey protein concentrate. I find it’s less processed and closer to a whole food. My body does better with it then isolate but I still use both
