    You know why I love your workouts so much? 1. The timer is clearly visible, so I can tell myself on ‘ bad days”, ” just hang on, keep doing a few more times, if schellea can do it and look so amazing, so can you!”:

    2. You prime us on what the next exercises will be, before the timer starts ( which takes away the hassle of me trying to remember the sequences), I really appreciate that

    3. You talk us through the exercises clearly and offer less strenous options. It is really helpful.

    I had tried to follow a few other channels and I find my ‘simple brain’ syncs very well with your style. In the other classes, some times the ” coaches” would just keep yelling and encouraging you to move but they make the moves too complicated and do not break it to simpler segments. I just blundered from 1 exercise to another without being taught how to do it properly and just as you think you get the hang of it a bit, it is time for another segment and you feel stupid and clumsy all over again.

    Another good one. Lower belly my problem area lol. Did this one after a 30 min cardio video and felt this. The 45 seconds for each I think made a difference for me with an 8 minute ab workout. You are a star Schellea. 🙂
