I’m obviously getting appropriate mobility withinh my lifestyle… Why would i want to build muscles i only utilize while on the hamster waste of energy?

I looked at the thumbnail. Why would anyone want to use 8 habits to turn themself and their surroundings blue?

  • @Papepipucho says:

In regards to the last point about morning light. I once got into a practice called sungazing, where you would stare at the sun during the morning or evening when the UV radiation is at 0. It actually made me feel mentally well and almost like I got filled with light or had a long day in the sun. Do your own research, don’t hurt your eyes. My personal experience after doing it for a few months my eyes firstly still felt sharp and no vision problems. I would sun gaze for upwards 30 minutes. I feel like my sensitivity to bright lights was reduced considerably, lol. Please don’t stare at the sun unless you know what you’re doing. You can damage your eyes if you just decide to stare at the sun mid day, for example. The UV radiation being at 0 is key, and it’s only in the morning when it rises and sets.

On the first point about sleep masks. I also use one and I feel like I get into deeper sleep when I use them. I am just using a cheap one so I will look into silk

I use a Sim Pure brand tabletop reverse osmosis. About $250 and works great. Sounds like something you should promote SIIM . 😂

  • @LittleQueenB says:

What they don’t tell you is how heavy these stainless steel pans are, or how difficult they are to use 😭

  • @eelcohoogendoorn8044 says:

Stainless steel actually can leach not-insignificant amounts of nickel; which is one of those less-is-more kind of metals.

Simple soda-lime glass coated pans (no fancy proprietary who-knows what bullshit with fancy marketing names) is where its at for me.

  • @eelcohoogendoorn8044 says:

Dunno about the 5 minutes outside in the morning. That really doesnt work in my country. What does work is cheap linear halogen lamps; the bulbs are like $1 for 500W, and an enclosure is about $10. Ive got 4 of these next to my bed; and thats the kind of light you cant hide from by pulling the blanket over you; the infrared will blast straight through your blanket so you have to throw it off. Dont waste your money on LEDs; it would be stupid expensive to get 2kW and for this purpose the full spectrum and infrared heat is really something else, makes a huge difference to someone like me who was always terrible at getting out of bed.

  • @sneezyIce says:

I was just discussing yesterday that seems kind of counterproductive that we filter water with a britta filter at home, but the water sits in a completely plastic container
