    How is this 800 calories? I’m looking at mostly non-starchy veggies, a banana, one scoop of protein powder, a TBSP each of chia seeds and flaxseeds, and some juice. Maybe 500?

    Just… how? Yesterday I made a thickkkk lentil broccoli parsnip soup with hemp seeds and pumpkin seed butter mixed in for a fattier mouthfeel, and carrots and laurel and all the things, and could fill three big stock jars and a large soup bowl with roughly 12.5-ounce servings of, let me remind you, THICK soup. I’m sure none of those servings breaks half of this smoothie in energy (ex addons like bread, egg or tofu). But I have to commend the dedication!

    Instead of turmeric smoothies I now try more global dishes to try out turmeric when used for its flavor
