Thanks for the video. How long does it take the body to adapt to cardio and become more energy efficient? Could you also comment on the frequency, intensity, etc? Thanks.

Love this thank you! I tried spaghetti squash for the first time this week and loved it! I made beef stroganoff ( no flour just beef, seasonings, fresh herbs, spinach, beef broth and sour cream) and put it over the spaghetti squash. It was the perfect fall meal. I don’t miss the carbs and sugar anymore and i don’t crave them at all thanks to your advice!

You know that calories are a measurement of energy. So if people are eating less calories and doing more workwhere is the energy coming from?

  • @karolinaspangenberg9425 says:

hi Autumn, great video as always, thanks 🙂 I do fast for about 16 hours a day, my lunch is big, at least 30-40g of protein, and sometimes im really not hungry around dinnertime – is it better to skip the meal or to force myself to eat more protein? Cheers!

  • @lauragb3677 says:

Critical content to know! Been there, made that mistake of not eating enough. Thank you Autumn!

A 1000 mg of sodium in LMNT seems high in a supplement. How do we learn the name of the high protein air fryer cookbook? Thank you

Could be the bag of powdered donuts I polished off.

All I know is I was doing low carb for over 2 years and it was working great, until it wasn’t anymore. I focus on good protein sources and try to get 100 g a day and I still have massive sugar cravings and the protein does not quell them 😢

    • @rachelmcgill8143 says:

55-year-old postmenopausal woman and former sugar addict here to share what cured my sugar addiction for good: complete elimination of all ultra-processed foods and added sugar + ensuring that every meal includes protein, fat, and fiber. Protein and fiber alone does not cut it; fat must be included – think avocado, nuts, nut butter. This has worked for me. I hope this helps. ❤

@@rachelmcgill8143Thank you for this. Sounds like me, so I will add the healthy fat. Appreciate your comment.

  • @mellocello187 says:

I have read to have a “feast” day, (not a “cheat” day), to keep your metabolism flexible. Better for the long term. I am not at maintenance yet so I haven’t done it, but something to research. Some people say that low carb / Keto stops working for them at some point, so the feast day is to counteract that.
