Amazing routine. Sage is so beautiful. She looks like she is developing an interest for the camera. She must think who is on the other side of this, what is going on. Great video! I forgot to ask you something on your last live stream. Will flavored seltzer’s break a fast? They are zero calories and sugar but I wasn’t sure if the flavors would break a fast? I sometimes like to have them when I am fasting ( I like the bubbles haha). What reminded me of this is you said in the video you keep the flavored LMNT for when you break your fast. I just want to make sure I’m not doing anything to break my fast that I was unaware of. I’ve lost 40 lbs following your advice and am so thankful to you! Have some more to go but it’s progress in the right direction 😊

I pretty much do the same thing you are doing except I need to eat before I work out, otherwise I have no energy. And I eat shortly after I work out too. 4 meals in an 10 hour window is perfect for my body right now.
I’m so confused, they say it not good for women(especially menopausal) to workout before eating, said to raise cortisol which makes you gain weight 😜??
I’m fasting & eating one meal a day. Waffles looked amazing but I’d never loose weight eating something that rich. I’ve been eating chicken or eggs with potatoes or sweet potato. I drink coffee with the nut pods as well and I take green vibrance which I found curbs my appetite and provides a ton of veggie nutrients w/o the work of juicing. So far 12 lbs down since the new year. Happy New Year & ty for all your tips
