    Thank you for posting this❤

  • Anne Lamb says:

Thank you fot this information, Autumn! I have been struggeling with the choice of protein powder. I am lactose intolerant, so whey powder does not seem a good idea to me, or is it? I have tried pea-protein powder instead, but I am sensitive to legumes, so that wasn’t a succes. Do you think hemp powder is a good alernative? Meanwhile I use grassfed collagen powder in combination with for example lactose free yoghurt of with coconutyoghurt with a few eggs on the side. But I would like to be able to use a complete protein powder too. Any ideas??

  • Emily B Gates says:

I’ve been curious ab this bc I have seen women taking part of a 121 day glow up challenge and taking collagen is apart of the steps. I was sceptical! Love when u give us the facts 🤓

  • Tipya Ro says:

Hi Autumn! I’ve been following your tips and loving how ive been feeling! I have been noticing my hair has been falling out more than usual.. is this common when changing to high protein diet?

  • Catgrl66 says:

I’m new at this, can anyone tell me which brand of collagen powder is good to use? Thanks in advance 😊

    • Jackie A says:

Vital is the one I found most recommended, as she just mentioned it also. Costco sells it and I stock up when on sale.

    • Cathi0726 says:

There is the Original Vital Proteins (which I see in stores) but there is also *Advanced* which has Hyaluronic Acid.
They also have a Professional brand (three products) with Verisol. Another brand with this ingredient is *Sparkle*.
Live Conscious is a good brand.

  • Guylaine Lamoureux says:

Short and to the point. Thank you Autumn. 👍❤️🇨🇦

  • Paulette Palladino says:

I am confused, are you saying “Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides” is a good or bad brand to use? I always supplement with a protein source.

  • melissa pintone says:

Thank you! I used take collagen a few years and honestly thinking of using it again but thanks to you I’m all set now ❤❤❤

  • Jackie A says:

I just drink my collagen with water each morning, Vital or Orgain. It has helped immensely with my body aches. Over a year now.

  • IrrationalObsession says:

I’m more confused than ever. The title card of the video says “They’re scamming you” with a shocked expression on your face, but you enumerated mostly positive attributes to collagen supplements. Is it a scam or not?

  • Latasha says:

GM Autumn thanks this very important.

  • Ella Kosma says:

Great video ❤️ can you, at some point, please make a video on your take on collagen powder vs MAPS? Cheers ✨

  • Jolene Ferguson says:

What about hair growth and thickening benefits? Any science to support that?

  • Linda White says:

Does collagen need to be consumed with a protein source to maximize the benefits? I’ve been putting it in my morning coffee as I normally follow some form of time-restricted eating.

  • SlingsAxes says:

Don’t forget the lining of eggshells.

  • K M says:

My doc said to add a tryptophan supplement to the collagen. It balances it out

  • Sunflower82 says:

The new hair growth that I’ve gotten from taking it well over a year is insane & my eyelashes have never been longer!

  • Gretchen Harbourt says:

I take collagen to help my intestinal lining.
