Fish yes, lower saturated fat and better oils. Hong Kong’s favourite dish is beef broth noodle, fishball soup, etc. I’m assuming Hong Kong doesn’t have big insulin resistance and diabetes issues like most in the west. Avoiding highly processed foods is a big one.

Best indicator for me whether meat is healthy or not is how so many are curing “incurable” diseases on a meat only diet. If it was that bad for us, this wouldn’t be the case.
It’s hard to really consider any of these conducted studies seriously.

I do raw meat lately and it doesn’t cause much inflammation. I used to have to mouth breathe after meal only meals. Not so eating equal amounts of raw meat.
