    All the recipes look great. Gotta tell you that recipe video you put out a while ago on different ways to make brussel sprouts. The one sliced thinly with onions pecans etc is my favorite way to make them. Such a yummy recipe. Thanks for all your recipe ideas and content. 😊

    Oh man that lunch looks killer and so easy. I used to do a similar lunch where I just poured the β€œchili” on a baked sweet potato. But this sauce is gonna take it to the next level!

    Your last meal prep was amazing but I also struggled to eat all of it. I’m 6’4” 225lbs and active so I know I should be eating that much, might just need to work up to it. I don’t mind eating the same thing every day so I loved your last prep! Keep experimenting though, excited to see more of these videos!

    Great video, you make these meals look easy to try and tasty, so that’s encouraging. Yes, your famous tahini sauce is very good indeed. I use heat retention cooking for brown rice, so I don’t have to keep watching it for 40 minutes. (Also called thermal cooking, hay box cooking.) Glad that you keep making these videos.

    About meal prepping for a week and worrying about the freshness of salads, I tried something new ! You’re not the only one (youtuber who makes vegan meal prep videos) who report such problems.

    What I did last week, is putting my legumes salads (with legumes, grains, fresh green leafy vegetables, nuts, fruits and a bit of dressing) in mason jars with two-parts lids (the pressure lid and the tightening ring), and I use a vacuum container with a little vacuum machine to remove the air (so that the lids dont make “tic tuc tic tuc” when you press them) and store in the fridge.
    Believe me or not, everything, including the green leaves, was fresh even after 5 days ! Hurray, just one meal prep a week hehe.
