If you check the ingredients, they aren’t that good. Or not good at all. So better to skip it at any point

I love your videos. I have to say what’s helping me lose weight is staying away from anything bread wise. I told myself no bread and no gluten. And so far I’ve been feeling great. I eat nothing but veggies, meats and fruits. My carbs are jasmine rice and oatmeal, sweet potato and as hard as it is for me I stay away from coffee and alcohol due to my RA.
Oats have gluten even if it says gluten free and besides that when they grow oats, wheat, corn and soybeans, they drown them in glysophate (round up).

I like taco stuffed peppers and pizza made with a low carb tortilla for the crust. So good!! I also bake chicken breast with a mixture of mayo, garlic powder and parmesan cheese brushed on top. It makes kind of a crust on top of the chicken and the mayo keeps it moist.

Well done, I hope that I can have the same dedication, I’m down just over 2 stone but would like one more off, but I’m gonna confess I’ve hit a brick wall and haven’t moved in ages. I’ve always stuck to the low carb eating Never cheated and am at the moment alittle sad because of this. You wouldn’t happen to have any good tips for this, anything really, as I am at a loss, and alittle saddened. Love watching your cooking ideas. 🥰🇬🇧🐾🐾
