Stop eating after dinner, and you’ll improve insulin sensitivity and encourage your body to burn stored body fat as you sleep. BUT moving through those evening hours without food can be challenging because of expectations, established habits, and cravings. In this video, we will take the pressure off those post-dinner hours and learn how to navigate them comfortably without the calories.

    Never heard of this stopper.
After your explanation I guess mine is a cup of hot bone broth. It really hits the spot for me.

My Partner years ago told Me She likes to brush Her teeth after Dinner, She has done this for years and I started it a while back. It works great. After you clean your teeth you will not want to eat again that evening

  • Elizabeth M says:

I have found what I really like is having it something warm in the evening not necessarily food. Tea works. Plain tea and I sleep better having something warm before bed. Tea and a book keeps me from eating.

Dr Becky you are the voice in my head when it comes to my eating lifestyle. I only used to have OMAD for many years but I find as I get closer to 68 I found that the one meal was as you say, burning the candle on both ends. I now have a breakfast and a medium size lunch, mostly salad at about 12 and I make it through comfortably till the next morning. My eating window is about 4-5hours. Your inspiration is a huge help. Thank you! Regards to Dr Keith❣️

I’ve been chewing sugar free gum, but now I think I’m addicted to it 😮. I look so forward to it because it’s sweet and minty. I’m trying to brush my teeth instead.
