pro tip: you can watch series at KaldroStream. Me and my gf have been using them for watching loads of movies lately.

    • Bjorn Hudson says:

@Lian Lawrence definitely, I have been watching on kaldrostream for since december myself 😀

    • Nick K says:

Hey. Do you continue fasting post workout?

    • FeastOftheDay says:

I have been practicing omad for about 1 year, with a first attempt which took me from 87 to 77k, then I stopped and I stagnated then I took up omad again and fell to 71 before Christmas or I struggled to resume this diet. Finally since the beginning of the year I went to 66 then now 61 kilos, besides I do body weight and cardio (jogging, high), I started omad to lose weight but it’s now a mode of life 👍

Thank you Siim, you’re an inspiration for me to go on a 7 day fast that I’m planning soon

  • Connor Reed says:

I live for the comedic 1 second clips that Siim sneaks in his videos 🤣

I’m 73 and have been eating 2 meals in 8 hours for almost 2 years. I am a carnivor. My body looks and feels like it did when I was a grunt in the US infantry 50 years ago. I do resistance training with weights and bands. I have unlimited energy and no brain fog. Eliminating wheat, grains and sugar is by far the best decision I’ve ever made.

  • Appleblade says:

I like your system! Dr. Gabriel Lyons suggested eating every 4 hours to maximize protein synthesis because mTOR doesn’t reset if you eat more frequently than that. I recently gained from 179 to 193 eating 4 meals a day for about 4 months… picked up some fat doing that, but quite a bit of muscle, too. I’m back to one or two meals a day because 4 meals a day makes me feel awful. Getting really big is a very uncomfortable process. Before keto / carnivore I was 250lbs, squatting 655 x 6 at my peak, but I was in the bathroom half my life (moving 5,500 calories through your body isn’t pretty). Without drugs, you really have to overeat to get huge… it’s much harder to overeat than to do hard workouts. Just like abs, muscles are mostly made in the kitchen. 😉

That‘s perfect timing! I did OMAD with a protein shake and a whole food plant based diet for a year now. Due to mood swing and tiredness during the day (usually after 15 hours of fasting) I want to switch to a ketogenic diet now. Can‘t wait to get started!
With all the books and guides you offer, I am not sure which one is the best for me to get a full meal plan (including the shake). Any recommendations?

You and your channel have grown so much man! Glad to see it, keep it up!!

  • Holy Wars says:

I did OMAD for a while last year with good results, but I tended to over-eat on that meal, and felt really lethargic afterwards – not good, especially if you have work to do. Recently, I’ve switched to a larger eating window, eating 2-3 small meals spaced out about 2 hrs from each other, never eating after 7p. I also eat my first small meal about an hr before weight training, which has given me more energy for my workouts as well. Overall, I feel better, don’t have the ups and downs in energy levels. OMAD can work, no doubt, it just wasn’t for me.

Great video. The true danger of any lifestyle is dogma. Always be willing to adapt these tools to your situation and goals. This requires some understanding of the tools in more detail and Siim does an excellent job of providing information in real world context.

  • B McCall says:

Great video. I’m currently on 2 meals a day but feel to be honest I’m not even hungry when it comes to my 2nd meal.
Off topic, but what’s your thoughts on Metformin?

  • UK Guy7 says:

More fitness videos and your channel will grow even more, no doubt. Keep up the good work! 👍

Me too, almost 4 years now, since August 2017, stronger, healthier and better looking than ever. Also body composition results are fantastic 🙂

    • TobiNFHM says:

I would love to eat only one meal a day, because I like the light feeling during fasting. But how do you live that way with a stressful job etc…?
What’s with the thyroid function? I did low/no carb for YEARS along with fasting and that destroyed my metabolism (low libido, high cortisol and adrenaline, stressed out easily, thin skin, water retention etc…) 😔
After eating normal again, the stress went down, but I gained ca. 20 KG of weight. I never had such a high weight…
What is your diet like on OMAD and how are your stress levels, hormones, libido, thyroid etc…?

  • Luís Maria Branco says:

Great improvement! Can you talk about your targeted IF? Whats the time difference between meals?

  • Sway Fitness says:

Wow, looking at your videos and your journey, I can see that you’re very disciplined. You’ve learnt another language, written books, and been able to do OMAD for 5+ years. How much of this discipline do you think came from being in the military? Otherwise where do you think it came from? I used to be disciplined with working out, and I enjoyed seeing the results, until I regained weight and lost all my confidence. I’ve never been the same since.

  • Gerard Bird says:

    Good on you slim,
I saw your video 1 year omad keto and followed you on that day, blessings to you brother, I’m cut and fit as now, studied as I went, train every day, most of the day active, eat around 1800hrs, and full metabolic recovery turning 5yrs, and 60 next year and same as you,
Had lactic acid one day about two years ago, only day out, even if I go over (150 grams I think) I’m normally back in ketosis by 20 k on the bike blessings to you slim you inspired me to change it all around, I am now fitter than I was at 40, and want to help other people, I’ve lost a few and this will reverse diabetes, fatty liver but just two of what is behind a lot of I’ll health around me, I’m the only one in the country to follow your lead blessing

  • Donny Owens says:

Carnivore diet since June 2020. Lost weight initially but wasn’t consistent and over ate. Started combining carnivore 🥩 with OMAD in February. Lost 30lbs of fat not muscle. 5”9 167lb about to have a 6 pack and I’m 40 yrs old, never felt better. Energy is great. Work out and run in a fasted state with ease. The benefits from the fast are insane. My testosterone is thru the roof, I have no lags in energy, and my concentration and focus is thru the roof as well.

  • joshua morcomharneis says:

Hey I’m trying to build muscle and stay healthy. I’m interested in knowing what a typical meal would look on the OMAD for you? Cheers

  • Arturo . Arnold says:

What kind of macros do you aim for on a daily basis? Protein calories etc? Thanks so much for your awesome content.

  • vinilzord says:

Hey man, love your content. I’d like to know what do you think on 3 meals a day vs OMAD regarding ONLY muscle gains/bodybuilding. I was fasting hardcore but dropped that for now to focus on building muscle, I have a small frame (but with excessive fat) and I’d like to fill it with muscle. Thanks man. I’m asking this because mps doesn’t last 24hrs, afaik it’s something between 3-4hrs.
