    Plants are great until you face any intolerances against them. This may manifest especially after switching to whole food plant based diet. To handle this intolerances seems often difficult and they discourage people to continue this healthy lifestyle.

    ❤❤❤ love the plant based style eating. I haven’t seen any significant improvements in my health oddly…it’s been since 2017 after my first heart attack😢 but I’m sticking to it.

    So sad to listen to him, i fall asleep. I am still waiting for him to share to people the fantastic results for his blood work and his Bio age so we can better understand his famous theories based on epidemiology studies which have little value for science based results. You need RCT and hard data not just n=1
