These sesame cakes are the easiest breakfast cakes you’ll ever make. They come together with just two ingredients and bake into a crunchy or chewy texture, making it hard to stop at just one. Here is my after thought. Your recipe worked and tasted great! Then, on the next batch, I used half as much sesame (The ideal ratio of calcium to phosphorous is 2:1). Getting the calcium/potassium ratio right is why I reduced the amount of sesame, but it also tasted amazing and not that different. Overall, combining the right proportion of potassium with calcium (both have both, but not in the right ratio’s). It takes some math, but I think going to the trouble to get the ratio right, could be a game changer from the point of view of nutrition and health, if eaten on a regular basis. Plus it is less expensive. I used a convection oven/air fryer, set at 320 degrees F for twenty minutes. Nothing wrong with your recipe, but my oven cooks differently. In conclusion, I think you have created something really really really special here, kiddo. AND AND AND I have a new fun idea to share with you. If rolled out pretty thin, this recipe might make great crackers! Going to try that tomorrow. God bless. Keep doing what you are doing!

Aw, thank you! Love your informative comments (as always!). I am trying a thinner crispier version next for sure (Tanner has been asking me), so we will see how that turns out.
