    Good morning, Autumn!❤

I have been n the process of moving my breakfast up to 10, from noon. It’s harder than I thought 😅 I’ve found that during the summer with longer days I can do the 12-8, but in winter I need to shift it back to 10-6

  • @carolj.3175 says:

Y’all must be in a MUCH higher $ bracket than me. I can’t afford LMNT though it sounds fabulous, nor even your product which likely is superior. So I tweak what I can and appreciate the info. Even eating early isn’t possible as my days run 4:30 to 6, then bed right away.

  • @OmegaSeraphim says:

i posit that it is best to prepare all consumed food at home. whether it be meals or desserts. so that you control what and how much goes in.

    • @celticlass8573 says:

Cheaper too. I cook most things at home, but don’t pass on meals with friends either. I think the difference is it’s not several times per week. Though meals at friend’s places tends to be healthier anyway, but meals out are a crap-shoot for most places.

Thanks for sharing studies that back up AEN Nutrient Timing. This way of eating has made the cravings and binge eating sessions almost entirely disappear, and make my weightloss journey successful and especially sustainable. Thank you Autumn 👍❤️🇨🇦

    • @celticlass8573 says:

And enjoyable, which to me anyway is KEY. If I’m miserable, no way I’m doing it even short-term, let alone long-term!

  • @gman77gas says:

    Mmmmm…Doughnuts !!!!!……as Homer Simpson would say !

  • @toriandtoni523 says:

What is that faint beeping music???

  • @daynajohnson7264 says:

    Thanks 🙏 ❤

  • @terrywalker7115 says:

    Thanks Autumn
You always come through with the science facts lol. Yes this does work. Happy Holidays everyone

  • @richardgrenci8254 says:

so here’s the thing, first great information. I have always wondered what is the best way to break my fast when intermittent fasting.

but these studies say to eat at 8am or other time. We need to know what time are they getting up? what time did they go to sleep? for instance, I wake up at 3:15am while my wife wakes up at 6:00am. If I eat at 8am I am 5 hours into my day, she is 2 hours.

I will many times have to work an evening shift instead

If I know how long after a person wakes up it makes more sense than a time. Should I have my first meal 1 hour after waking, or 4 hours or whatever. My last meal, should it be 4 hours before bed or 1 hour?

  • @Billy32120 says:

I think sugary foods are more addicting

  • @skillsmany2235 says:

    🌞 Thanks Autumn!
I’m not addicted to popcorn until after the first handful! Then it’s hard to stop!
    Cheers! ⚘️🕊❤️✨️🧸🦴🎄
