    Awesome Info! I am a big proponent of IF but don’t see a lot of tone in my body. I usually hang out between 103-113 in weight depending on what I’m eating in a given period of time. I’m 5’1 1/4. Going to try the morning protein & more of the increased weights to see if that helps with the muscle definition. Thanks Again!

    My goal is to keep honoring my hunger. Coming from a history of eating disorders, even when I thought I was healed, I still wasn’t always honoring my hunger so my goal is to keep doing that.

    Oh my goodness, I needed this video. I knew you could help me. I know from other videos of yours that you have a thyroid issue. I do too. I got it taken care of in September 2022, and I lost 80 lbs in 5 months. I wanted to lose 100 more, but I began a new job and gained back 15. I’ve felt in a slump ever since, and I’m totally trying all of these things to get myself back on track. THANK YOU! I’m so ready to get the body I know I can have!

    My 2024 goal is to workout more consistently! Also I don’t always get the protein in within 30 minutes (I go to work at four in the morning 😬) but when I do I love mixing the chocolate protein with wing woman! It gives me an antioxidant boost and it tastes like berries and chocolate 😁!
