    Thanks for sharing your morning healthy habits routine. However as a health and wellness coach I feel I should mention that you are so right about getting some sunlight for a few minutes first thing in the morning but not through a window. We need to be outside to get the vitamin D benefit. Our windows have a built-in filter that does not allow us to get the vitamin D benefits from indoors. no doubt when you’re out and about with your son you’ll be getting your vitamin D then.🙂

    I love the idea of romanticizing your habits and daily tasks … That definitely makes the mundane feel more special. I agree completely that 30 minutes is all it takes to feel great and make changes. I’m on my journey now, started October 1st and definitely feel stronger now than I do day one.
