I have eaten a mostly WFPB diet since 2017, and am currently 56. I had babies at 33 and 35, and hit menopause at 52. I have never supplemented with DHEA, but my levels have constantly been on the high side of normal for the five years I have been testing. I find that interesting. I’m not hairy, acne-prone, or with PCOS. I do think it may be part of what gives me a more youthful look. Who knows.
Everyone wants to take the ‘easy’ way out with pills. I think eating healthy food is the easiest way to get whatcha need.
