ZERO CARB CRUST PIZZA! How to Make Keto Meat Lovers Pizza Recipe

Meat Lovers Egg Cheese Pizza Crust Recipe Here:

Servings: 12 slices

Toppings:

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/3 cup shredded parmesan cheese
Pepperoni Slices
1 Ib. Hot Italian Sausage, cooked and crumbled
3-4 slices of crispy bacon, crumbled
Marinara sauce base in serving macros

Dough:

6 ounces of Colby or fiesta shredded cheese
2 eggs
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
½ teaspoon of onion powder
½ teaspoon of basil
1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes
Optional: If you want a larger pizza, add 2 ounces of shredded mozzarella

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350
Cook the sausage and bacon
Drain the bacon on a paper towels
Set aside both bacon and sausages
In a large bowl add dough ingredients and mix well
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
Add dough and using the back of a spoon shape into round crust
Bake crust for 10 to 15 minutes and then flip onto a new parchment paper
Add sauce with a brush
Add cheese and then toppings
Return to oven and bake for another
10 to 15 minutes until done
Can add to broil
Sprinkle red pepper flakes on top
Slice and allow to cool

2g Total Carbs
0g fiber
18g Fat
16g Protein
240 Calories

    I love how easy this is and less time than waiting for the pizza to come. I’m gonna also try a Mexican version with enchilada sauce, hamburger, chiles, onion, salsa, can’t wait. I used to make an awesome chicken version pizza with sliced tomatoes, garlic oil sauce, basil and parmesan and will have to try that again. I highly recommend people have all the recipes they like in a folder and meal prep that way, if you wait till it’s time to cook most people cheat. We also tend to forget over time what to make, just show your list to your family and they pick off things for the week. Also trying to cook Sundays for the whole week so I don’t have to think about it again, you’re in the kitchen anyway.

    I just made this and I didn’t spread it out so much I put it in a smaller pan and cooked it for longer on 350 and it’s such a fluffy thicker crust I love it so much . I seasoned it with parsley, pepper, onion, garlic, and paprika. I used Alfredo sauce added some spinach and vegetarian ground meat. Absolutely amazing recipe

    Thank you for this recipe. It was great! I made two 6″ personal sized pizzas for me and my wife. I did cook the crust in a skillet about 3 minutes a side to get it crispier but that was my only change. This crust is way better than fat head crust or any other I’ve tried. Thank you again

    I literally just made one today 11/05/22 and my wife and I loved it. I did however do something different in the cheese mixture. I used 8 ounce full bag of mozzarella shredded from my grocery store, 2 eggs, black pepper, crushed red pepper and garlic paste. Mixed it all together and cooked according to the video. Super good

    Thanks! This actually works. Really well.
    A couple of things to add two years late: Melt a little of your cheese and taste it before you use it. Some cheeses are extremely salty and the salt is released in the oil when it melts. My 5-cheese italian mix for the crust was a complete salt bomb after cooking. The texture was magnificent, but the salt taste was overwhelming.
    Also – check your total calories. If you eat big (which is probably why you’re on keto), you could consume a crazy amount of calories if you eat the entire pizza. The crust might be about 900 calories before sauce, toppings, and more cheese. This could turn into a 1500 calorie meal if you’re not careful.
    One alternative was to not use any more moz on top. Use a good amount of sauce and then hit it wth the shaker parm/romano mix. Throw it in the fridge for a few minutes to cool down. Perfect.

      I cool mine on a wire rack after I cut into slices. Hardest part of making this pizza is waiting for it to cool enough to devour it 😆

    I made this last night (9/3/23) and I used 8 oz. of cheese instead of 6 oz. so I had to bake it a little longer. It turned out great! I did flip it and put the crispier side on the bottom. I used ham and bacon, pepperoni, tomato slices and parmesan cheese. I was out of mozzarella cheese, so I’ll be making this again this week. I’m adding spinach this time, ground beef, pepperoni and black olives. Yummy good!
