Up at 4:30 about 40 yrs now. Bed by 7:30. May sleep in to 6 weekends. I’m nearing 70. Worked full time since 17. Loosing muscle now which I dislike. Everything changes once aged. Like your vids no waste of time.
1. Up at 4:30am
2. Drink coffee after workout
3. Resistance training
4. 14 hour intermittent fast
5. 12k steps per day [minimum]
6. Bed at 8pm
7. Eating a minimum of 30g complete protein at each meal
8. Using Cardio the right way
9. Focus on Low GL carbs
10. Avoid addictive ultra processed foods 🤗🤗
Hey Autumn. What are your thoughts on LMNT and maltodextrin. I’ve seen so many people say that it’s in the flavored packs. Not sure if I should continue to drink/buy it anymore. 😬😬😬
I think it causes weight gain

Correct. And although I’m not a statistician nor a delivery doctor, ob, nor have a seen many women’s bodies after having a baby…I’m going to go out on a limb and say her postpartum body is not representative of most (I want out a percentage on it I’ll just use this “safe” word).
The journey of losing 15-20/25 lbs of “baby weight” looks different from losing 50+ lbs. The body is further away from its natural state or its “prebaby state” so it’s a different ball game.
De plus en plus strict et exagéré votre histoire. C’est peut-être pour ça que vous avez l’air à bout de souffle. Faire mes exercices avant mon café serait non seulement pénible mais dangereux (je risque de tomber).
The caffeine habit is spot on. Have some water first, then either have your coffee before or after your workout. Happy New Year.

Autumn what are you thoughts on daily spinning? I struggle to get a nice walk in daily but almost always have time to jump on the spin bike. Can that be used in place of steps?
