not to brag but i lost 26 pounds last week. I took from the ATM 25 pounds and went grocery shopping, but my pocket was broken, so no grocery for me that week and end up losing 1 pound of weight because of it, which brought the total of pounds lost to 26 😀

If you’re someone who really likes flavoured coffee drinks, you can achieve it without eating anything questionable, by adding the spices themselves to a little bit of hot coffee on the bottom of the cup, giving it a good stir, and leaving it for about 2 minutes to steep and activate the spices. So something like apple pie filling spice (the kind for baking, not anything with sugar in it) will give you an apple pie latte, if you put your cream in with the first layer of spiced coffee I mentioned above, and either stir vigorously with a fork or use a small whisk or frother, (the frother is better), then add the rest of the coffee in. By whisking/frothing the cream, if makes it taste more luxurious. 😃

Hi! When after having a baby did you start your postpartum weight loss journey? Just had a baby 2 months ago and I struggle to lose weight while nursing so just wanted to get a sense. Thanks for the video and can’t wait to try the waffles!

Since Autumn mentioned combining eggs with other sorts of protein, lately due to my low hematocrit (covid and ReA) I consume boiled eggs with grilled beef liver (no oil, just grease-proof paper and I grill it in the oven). When it comes to seeds, I use flax seeds in my yoghurt which I have for dinner alongside citrus fruit; I know it’s not of the berries’ family but at my current condition citrus fruit, bananas and apples are my friends and I am not a fan of dried fruit (only prunes and these not that much). I may be psycho nonetheless I still use intermittent fasting, following the 20-4 approach having two big meals. When it comes to electrolytes, I can’t have much sodium due to the medication nevertheless I am certain I get plenty of potassium and magnesium. When it comes to dairy, being Greek and a cheese lover feta cheese, 5% strained yoghurt and ayran are my picks nowadays; feta cheese is a major source of probiotics as well for those that may not know (I am not telling you to eat a block of cheese, obviously). Zero sugar coffee or a zero-sugar energy drink for my daily caffeine intake and a blend of herbal teas if fever gets higher; can’t have alcohol, which I am not also a fan of, due to the medication. Anyways, I’d like to wish you Autumn a prosperous 2024. Health and good fortune to you, your husband, your kid, your beloved ones. Thanks.
