    I love this idea. Question, Do all protein powders have the same size scoop? If not how much was in the scoop for the protein powder you used in this recipe? I’m not sure how to adjust for a different protein powder.
    I just checked and the scoop in the protein powder I use measures out to 4 tablespoons. I use Women’s Best Fit Whey Protein. I’m not sure if it’s the best, it’s just what I use in the summer months. It’s winter here in Maine so I don’t use it this time of year. I need warm foods. The Pancakes idea is awesome and I will definitely be sharing it.

    OMG! This is literally the easiest pancake to make. Like ever. I ran to my kitchen right after watching and made these. I threw everything in a small blender all at once. I feel like I can have more sf syrup since there is no extra carbs from using almond or coconut flour. Thank you Mayra. PS, not much of an eggy taste if people are worried about that. I’m going to experiment with this recipe to see how versatile it can be.

    I’ve used this recipe for years, I heard of it from Keto Connect years ago. Quest protein powder seems to working very well out of all the powders I’ve tried. Adding a little Almond milk or cream is a good idea.

      I love to make their two ingredient crepes – just 4oz creamcheese and 4 eggs – if you want you can add a little bit of sweetener/vanilla extract – blend it and poor it in a pan – not too much – you need to try it to get it thin as a crepes!! 😋😋😋😋👍👍👍👍!

      Yes! The Quest Cinnamon crunch protein powder and the eggs make great Dash size waffles. I would think vanilla creme protein powder would be great as well.

    I am so glad I found you. I was just diagnosed with prediabetes, so I’m seeing that some things I thought might be okay are not, because they’re high in sugar, like maple syrup, agave nectar, and honey. And what’s not high in refined sugar has sugar alcohol or saturated fat, which leads to heart disease and stroke. When I was younger, I ate fairly healthily and was a runner but always had a penchant for sugar and carbs. Now that I’m older with prediabetes, I have to be super careful. I’ve been really sad to give up maple syrup (which is a fantastic sweetener for vegans, which I was for a while). But with your link to that wonderful company, I now know I have many options for my sweet tooth that I haven’t found anywhere else. This made me so happy, so thank you very much for the links and this delectable breakfast, which I’ll look forward to this week!
