    Thank you for these tips. Your tips are always very helpful. It was not in this video but in another one where you spoke about drinking dandelion tea to reduce bloat, so I followed your tip, sure enough once I started drinking a coupled cups a day and my stomach bloat started to reduce and my stomach feels much better now.

    My QUEEN. Ugh thank you so much for making it clear the tiny little “toning” waving your arms around movements do absolutely nothing for building muscle 😂 so many fitness girlies push programs with exercises like that that are such a waste of time and it’s so sad to see
