Tumric and Ashwaganda did anyone do a study about this?
What are certain “medical conditions”?
The cautionary videos are essential in world of take this take that. Keep them coming. Everything costs something in physiology, even with substances that are indicated having a clinical need to take. Negative feedback loops and paradoxical reactions in particular catch so many people out as they create a new physiology but often don’t make the connection to the supplement they were taking.
Thank you again Sim😅
Sim are u certified medical guy coz most doctors say no side effect Abt supplement yet u say the other round make us blurr.
The area of doctors’ expertise is relegated to pharmacology and not nutrition. Unless the doctor has nutritional background and can interpret data you should take their advice with a grain of salt.
I only take EAA’s , glycine and creatine. Any research shown on those?
I take Ashwaghanda and Turmeric! Good to know, thank you Siim!
