I literally cannot put that much food in my belly! And I’m bigger than you! Part of the reason I can’t lose fat is because I can’t eat enough without feeling sick….
Go slow if you want to eat more. I regularly break my lunch in two (usually bc I eat slowly & get interrupted a lot, which makes me full part way). Walk a bit in between or after to help with digestion. Itās also helpful to time a workout before a meal if youāre trying to up intake š
