    I heard if u don’t work and and take too much protien its bad. Just like eating more calories and not working out causes health issues to add on fat for example. .
    As for previous video on d if one takes 10,000 iu of they they need 100mg of k2 the debate is mk7 or mk4. Also the ratio for sun depends how much k2 which more calculation is needed.

      Well of course, protein in the end are still calories, even if you spent more energy to process them. And for K2, which type… MK4 has some evidence to help with bone health, and for MK7, talking point is that its last longer in your body, so it can “maybe” help with D3 absorbption from the sun longer?
