Jumping on the pinned comment to make a video request!

I love when you turn viewers’ trigger foods into hunger crushing combos and I’ve got a new one for you to tackle:

      Cheez-Its!

I’ve been experimenting with letting them back into my house / diet, but I’m having some issues. I feel like I can only binge them and I can’t think of a good HCC.

I’ve been dealing with this by only buying small packages but I’d love to hear some fresh ideas for making my biggest shame food into a power HC combo like you did with sugary cereals. ❤

Please help?! Thanks for all you do, Abbey 😊

Love your videos! You’ve helped me so much on my journey to self love. Thank you!

  • @klaradvorak2633 says:

I feel like this generation of sponsored fitness foods are just 2013’s skinny teas in sheep’s clothing

  • @Lina-xt4he says:

Thank you so much for your work Abbey! You had such a big impact on my relationship with food. I can truly enjoy the way you talk about nutrients and food and it became kind of a safe place for me and my thoughts and feelings about eating❤️

  • @carolinelapano4615 says:

I love goodles but had no idea Gal Gadot was behind them! I just loved the extra fiber and the taste! How fun 😊

  • @juliemarienau4646 says:

I was today years old when I found out that my beloved Goodles were owned by Gal Gadot LOL… Happy they passed the Abby test haha

  • @donnaadkins2429 says:

When it’s released properly, can you review Absorb More, a powdered drink from Nikki Read and Ian Somerholder. Love your reviews and all the other videos!

  • @doritbergen8032 says:

I get my bread from a local bakery. The ingredients are 100% whole wheat flour, water, salt and yeast. It’s delicious. It’s also more expensive but I think it’s worth every extra penny.

    • @kittster2785 says:

It might be more expensive than supermarket bread but I can assure you it would be nowhere near the $10-15 per loaf like the fake bread Abbey is promoting

  • @kiri3856 says:

Ooh would love to see a review of Lumity Life supplements. Not celeb owned but has lots of testimonials from the likes of Yasmin Le Bon and Helena Christensen. Also Welle Super Greens owned by Elle MacPherson.

  • @Hailey-bz2ym says:

I was happy to learn that goodles has vitamins from food sources because I don’t tolerate supplements very well. They’re pretty yummy!

  • @rainbowcattzz says:

Goodles are so good! Definitely something we use on busy nights that helps me stick to my goals.

  • @magicalmally3912 says:

Hiiii Abbey! Could you talk about the purported benefits of sea moss gel? I’ve been hearing a lot about it lately! Thanks!

  • @JanetCowan says:

Would love to see reviews on celeb protein powders, like Serena Williams’ Happy Viking. Thanks!

  • @GuillermoManzano-vl4qp says:

I love goodies! They also claim to be low glycemic. Which i haven’t seen them disclose what number on the scale it is. All the flavors are so good tho!

  • @elaynastorts7990 says:

I just came across an ad on YouTube about the “early bird morning cocktail” and would love to hear your thoughts on it! It’s supposed to help people who struggle to get up in the morning – which is me and I trust you and your science backed advice and findings!

    • @kittster2785 says:

Considering Abbey doesn’t know the difference between a bacterial infection and a fungal infection, I wouldn’t trust any of her “findings”…

  • @jasmine7241 says:

Abbey! I have been dying to see a video from you on protein powders. I read a lot of them have heavy metals which makes me nervous about using them. Please share your knowledge!

  • @savannahc3139 says:

PHEW I clicked on this so fast when I saw Goodles in the thumbnail. I keep them in my pantry at all times😂❤️ They’re so good and since they have a decent amount of fiber sometimes I’ll just have Goodles with Brussels sprouts or broccoli and call that a meal. I also like making taco mac with them with ground turkey and bell peppers😋 So glad they’re Abbey approved I was nervous hahah

  • @renataalba2018 says:

I would love it if you reviewed the new products by Ian Somerhalder and his wife Nikki Reed. The company is called The Absorption Company and it just launched.

  • @livs7626 says:

I love Kin honestly it feels like such a treat for someone who is sober- I think of it more as something fun than a means to wellness, if that makes any sense.

  • @kaitlynconnatser2884 says:

I absolutely love your videos. I’m not sure if anyone else has this issue but it’s really hard to watch with headphones when there’s a ton of “swoosh” sound effects. Maybe it’s just me but curious if anyone else has the same issue
