Have always thought about that, when young sprinting was a daily thing but that stopped as we got older, had we continued we would have been in a healthier state.

    • @jimb3457 says:

There is no “continuing”. You gradually lose the ability to sprint as you age whether you like it or not. Walking and resistance training is your best bet when you reach old age.

    • @farhat5325 says:

@@jimb3457 yes ofcourse at a certain age things do decline despite any efforts, but the point is we generally or at least from what I noticed around me that daily bursts of sprints when younger stopped but not due to physical limitations but rather just laziness or whatever. And who knows if it continued at least to a certain extent what could’ve been (health wise).

  • @N330AA says:

I do HIIT sprinting twice a week

  • @hansduif says:

Sprint, but be careful for injury.

  • @campersruincod6134 says:

Can you reverse fast twitch muscle aging?

  • @Gil-zt8ur says:

Can not sprint due to leg issues. Is there an alternative way to utilize fast twitch muscle other than sprinting?

  • @vinkorfhaxson1008 says:

Thats why Tom Cruise looks so young! The guy runs in all of his movies!
