issue is most don’t say exactly how to use properly since if too much or too little useless. As like most things it is not clear for most in how to use. For examples eyes some have the eye protection since over stair and can cause damage or not enough which is useless. some say 3 min a week some 3 min every 4 hours, some say don’t look others say look at light. Its all.
Even with the hair treatment it does not regrow some say but maybe maintains.
Even when questioning official companies in the proper usage they don’t even know, and I didn’t think this video would say also in proper usage but seems like a sales pitch how its good.
Something is not good if no one knows how to use it properly in various ways to suite them.
Pubmed shows how doctors cant explain thins clearly at times and a lot of research has proven to be wrong.
I think like most things they cause some slight damage for the body to react to help start the healing process. So as well as snake venom in your blood also helps in anti aging which you can look it up but most don’t do oddly. Maybe cause no one gives a proper and complete protocol. So in short most will not do it if the info is not clear in how to use fully and when the results show up, despite if it was free devices. People got no time. which is why most didn’t even read this which proves my point.

Well, you cannot make blue light colored red. It is red by definition. Specific wave lengths aside.
Siim, my red light salon uses fluorescent red light as opposed to LED. Does that mean I’m not getting the same benefits or does it matter? It’s the correct wave length and full body but it’s just fluorescent.
I knew all that time spent in the red light district was good for me. I felt better immediately.
