    100% yess! Scrambled oats with greek yoghurt in the morning means I’m barely hungry by lunchtime and feel fuller eating less food for the rest of the day

      Omg I have to look up that recipe for scrambled oats that sounds amazing. Do you eat any produce aka fruit or veg with those? Because potassium intake is important too😊

      @@rachelk2457 I think yt deleted my comment for some reason!? The recipe I use is from fe.el.go.od.fo.od.ie (without the dots but I think yt didn’t like it Ig??). The recipe already uses bananas and I sometimes use peanut butter, shaved dark chocolate or pea protein powder instead of cinnamon. And yes absolutely I add fruit, whatever is in season or looks good. Also sometimes I add chia seeds on top or mixed seeds or mixed nuts for some crunch. All untoasted and unsalted. Hope you’ll like it if you try it ☺️

I sometimes add peanut butter, shaved dark chocolate or pea protein powder instead of cinnamon. The recipe already has bananas but I add fruit to bowl as well in the mornings – whatever is in season/ looks good. Also I sometimes add chia seeds, mixed seeds or mixed nuts for crunch. Hope you’ll like it if you try it ☺️

    Ooh that’s why when I eat 25-30 gm of protein in the morning I don’t get hungry very easily. I have been doing that recently and I can see a difference. I am dairy products sensitive so egg white protein powder is a game changer. Also I love to eat Garden of life’s flavored collagen in my yogurt, it’s so good. 😊

      I have a chronic condition that i get sick a lot of the time after eating so i avoid eating breakfast so i dont get sick at work have any ideas what i could do instead?

    This is the mimimum. I have eating clean all my life. High protein but didnt lose much weight until i added daily meditation and the homemade probiotics..i know it sound weird but handeling stress made the most impact so far and adding probiotics did the rest. I think it helped digest foods better. So i need less. Less cravings.

    This is very true. BUT my only problem is that, since I don’t feel hungry throughout the day and eat a small lunch and dinner, at night I get annoying carb cravings. Im thinking that maybe my body is craving what I’m supposed to eat throughout the day so I’m starting to incorporate more carbs in my breakfast too.

    THATS SO CRAZY! I literally just discovered that for myself! I don’t love breakfast, but I recently found out that even if I just drink a high protein smoothie it will carry me through the day suuuuper nicely without cravings or extreme hunger. Of course I try to prioritize protein in all the other meals and generally eat enough. It’s awesome. Feels like I crackd the code

    I started eating high protein breakfasts in January and it’s really helped kick a lot of cravings. I also noticed that I dont have nearly as much brain fog in the mornings too
