I had no issue loosing 20 lbs of fat after my pregnancy, but I was 36. Now at 60 with thyroid disease and post menopause it is soooooooo difficult to get off the extra 10-15 I put on. I do all of the things you mentioned, but the needle doesn’t move 😢 I do kettlebell 2x/wk. run 4-6 miles 2x/ week and swim or bike once a week. Low carb and take heaps of supplements. Just so frustrating. I miss my fat burning youth.

I’m 54 and done with menopause. I got more of my fat off with OMAD. I still have about 25 to go but I’ve lost almost 50 lbs. Check out Pottenger’s Human channel. He’s got the best info on what our bodies really need as far as supplements and his research is 2nd to none. Hope this is helpful God bless you

Sounds like too much cardio. If you really want some progress follow the advice to WEIGHT TRAIN. This will be the missing solution. 2 X/wk Kettlebell is not enough. Listen to minute 3 she says cardio does not address weight loss.

    • @patricebrown6051 says:

I can relate. Hypothyroidism here. I need to lose at least 20. Ideally 25lbs

    • @Phoenixrises89 says:

@@hill3363not always the case because I couldn’t lose it either and did kettlebells mostly… only changed once I started HRT, so was hormones…

I love how you cover all the bases when you explain things. Also backing everything you say with your own experience and results. All this has me 🤔: 🤓=🐐. Thank you so much for all your videos.

  • @JenLovesPizza says:

Getting enough protein has been an absolute game changer for me. It’s definitely been harder than I thought getting enough each meal so protein powder is extremely helpful. I’m down 6lbs in 2 weeks from getting 90 grams of protein a day and walking an hour a day on my lunch break.

  • @juliagoncalvesbarreto2596 says:

Do you recommend vegan whey protein?

  • @hill3363 says:

I just ordered my third package of your protein powder. It is delicious and fits my macros perfectly.

  • @joyce10309 says:

Another amazing video! Thank you so much! Question for you i tried to reorder the chocolate protein powder ( love it!) but the website says its out of stock. Do you know when it will be back in stock to order?

I love your videos, Autumn, and I am not the only one, obviously; but to let you know, many ladies were singing your praises, recently, in the comment section of a popular YT video, whose YT channel name includes the words “hot” and “flashy.” 😊❤

Popcorn is my trigger food ! It keeps me out of ketosis everytime I cave ;(

  • @twaltersmt says:

As I’ve started upping protein and strength training, I bought a new scale that measures body fat loss. I’m guessing it’s probably not that accurate but should at least show the trend? Thoughts on this?

  • @Phoenixrises89 says:

Which inbody do you use Autumn? 👍

  • @ApostolosKatsioulas says:

People must realize that Ozempic is meant for people that are pathologically diabetic. It’s not a magic injection which is going to assist you in achieving a better body state. As for intermittent fasting, it’s not just ideal for weight loss; autophagy is beneficial for the body in many ways. Plus, you’ll find yourself more focused on your tasks at hand and, from personal experience, less stressed. Thanks :D.

No, if I had used a scale I would have known my weight was creeping on me. By using a scale I can keep a good eye on things adjust my diet and exercise accordingly.
