I used to have my own chickens. They scratched everywhere! and ate a very natural diet. The eggs were much much more filling than any store bought eggs.

Do you have recipe to make greek yogurt?

  • @ApostolosKatsioulas says:

I don’t consume bread anymore nevertheless my most favorite one is sourdough and Italian ones (focaccia and ciabatta). I don’t consume pasta either, however zucchini pasta is amazing, and I am not on a low-carb or ketogenic approach to my nutrition. When it comes to dairy, doctors advised me to eliminate dairy consumption for a while, the only dairy product I consume is whey isolate protein (if it can be considered as dairy, anyway). As for dairy products, it has become the new controversial source of food. It’s not just the lactose factor or the full fat vs low fat. Full fat is better, the fats in dairy are healthy fats and the protein in dairy products is better absorbed when it’s full fat. People that have no issue with lactose and still get indigestion with dairy are due to the A1 casein which is most present in cow milk products, therefore you should consider consuming goat or sheep milk products. Egg whites aren’t that much of a problem, still you shouldn’t only consume whites; whole eggs are a bomb of nutrients compared to just whites. As for diet soda or coke either opt for unsweetened ones or consume carbonated water. Low calorie sweeteners become a problem if you use them in abundance, Autumn explained why; my favorite is stevia. The reason I’ve never appreciated plant-based protein powders is because of the GMO factor. I never liked either ground turkey or chicken; I’d rather have skinless boneless chicken or turkey breast any day. Thanks Autumn.

I sometimes use a fermented vegan protein powder made from various beans, peas etc. Would that be as good as sprouted and would the DIAAS be good on that as well?
