My healthy “fries” are airfried/roasted long cut green beans with olive oil salt & pepper.
I should have waited till later to watch, im hungry now 🤣😆 love these suggestions, simple and easy and so good. When i focus on the propro my whole day becomes easygoing, not stressing ab the next meal or having cravings is life changing 🎉

If you can’t get hold of yellowfin tuna, one that is low in mercury is skipjack tuna. Also, a very fast and high protein meal is a frittata. Substitute fried potatoes for a variety of vegetables and use more eggs if you want to make it look like a gateau. Cheers.

My break-fast today is two scrambled eggs with a half cup of cottage cheese, just added salt and onion powder. So delicious!!! I also ate some extra cottage cheese by itself.
