    I had no idea Walmart now has all these Keto and gluten free options! Wow. They have come up to speed with people cutting down on carbs and sugar. When I went Keto 3-4 years ago, there was literally NOTHING.

    1:43 palm oil is a stabiliser, so the butter doesn’t separate. Sugar, well obviously for sweetness, and it’s also a preservative

    Love the channel Mira. I’ve lost 180# doing keto. Started at 400# , now at 220#. Great recipe for you is making Faux potatoes AuGratin. I use Daekon radish for the potatoes sliced real thin and make my own cheese sauce mixture with heavy cream and shred my own cheese blend. Salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste. Mix together in a baking dish and bake at 350 until bubbly. It’s delicious!!! You should make it on the channel. Hope you enjoy.
