    How would you do it if you also ran 50-100km per week on top of 3 times in the gym per week? Eat back the calories you burn with more meals, meaning less fasting or get lets say another 1000 kcals in the same eating window`?

    Definitely on the lower end of protein. Food choices seem very lean also. Do you not get any animal fat? No beef? No grass fed butter or dairy?

    for me is obvious, common sense that avoiding eating the white grease found in the meat kept me leaner than the rest of my family, who considered miiseducated rude my waste instead of eating the entire dish.

    to my surprise somebody on internet last week claimed that eating only fat makes you leaner. he genuinely believe it.

    i never thought i had to explain this obvious fact. early on in the 90’s my biology teacher brought to the class the sexual reproductive organs of cow and bull. and i remember how much white grease there was in the exterior. since then i tried and avoid accumulating fat, although it is tasty, especially lamb barbecue. i did for 3 years every sunday lamb ribs and since i quit i went from.) 88 kg down to more defined 85kg.

    the point is you cannot expect rationality, common sense and education from the vast majority of people because lacks the intelligence as to accept the fact that YOU ARE FAT BECAUSE YOU ATE FAT.
    simple.

    Why are you eating pett instead of keefir or yoghurt? Does it have better macros or you just prefer the taste more?
