      Don’t forget to do that during your eating window only.
      When I make smoothie for work in the morning, can’t drink smoothie for another 3 hours. Very tempted! Had to remind myself otherwise I would do that too.😅 yogurt spoon, peanut butter spoon, coconut butter spoon,… would break your fast.

    Recipes look good! I’m joining the challenge and so far loving it! I do have a question. Can I substitute like unsweetened coconut milk for unsweetened Almond milk, or Peanut/Almond butter for Coconut butter? What happens if you don’t put your Keto Coffee in blender and just use a frother?
