    Yes…went for Chinese some years back with friends. I got ‘cucumber suchi’. 15 minutes after eating, everyone said they needed a nap after their fried rice dishes…it was reaffirming and empowering

    This is probably the worst advice I have ever heard. This is a weak mindset for losing weight. Loosing weight is realy as simple as changing to a healthy diet and exercise. You will have to get over the two weeks of your body detox then its easy. Stop eating salad and replace that with grass fed meats. Your body requires protien and nutrients from a easy source to break down. Salads requires the body a lot longer to break down and use with minimal nutrients that you can use.
