I’m literally eating one of those small cups of Good Culture Cottage Cheese. The nutrition label says one container (5.3 oz) has 19g protein. So you’re saying the label is straight up lying?! How?!

P.s. I mix Cottage cheese into my scrambled eggs while cooking them. So good.

I think she was just talking off the top of her head and couldn’t remember exactly. Besides, the fact that you’re probably eating a low, milk fat percentage of cottage cheese, which she doesn’t ever choose so you are getting more protein, but less fat. Her point is that the small cups don’t give you 30 grams of protein and so buying them in the larger container and measuring out is the better way to make sure you’re getting your 30 g.

These look amazing! Curious, how much do you tend to spend on groceries per week? I buy what I can to be healthier but man, I can’t afford to get most of the stuff people seem to enjoy that is healthy, buying meat is crazy and any decent protein powder is high too! 😬
    Thanks for all the tips!

I love to add cottage cheese to to some eggs before cooking them, they come out so fluffy!
