Unfortunately I can’t do any dairy or eggs anymore 😢. I miss Greek yogurt and cottage cheese so much!
My body changed around age 39, and things I could eat before, I can’t anymore.
How so? Lactose intolerant?
@@becky5569 I have eosinophilic esophagitis that came on around age 38-39. Dairy, eggs and too much gluten causes flare ups.
Love this! No-nonsense back to basics content and love that you focus on simple meals, I also enjoy adding some protein powder to my greek yogurt and top it up with blueberries and a bit of shredded coconut, yum!

Autumn video if done fully acutely give results
1. Cut out ultra processed carbs and fats
2. Eat at home
3. Add more high quality protein
4. Stop snacking
5. Drink water
I was a sugar addict. The way I broke it was by eating high protein meals. Miracle.👍 I eat 30 g. per meal.

It’s not just for weight loss, it’s for overall health. As far as you are consistent, results will come. Finally, having a break for the usual days all of us have (Christmas, etc.) won’t screw you.
