    I personally love your workouts that give a burn, but some days add a few of the low impact versions. I have to improvise on exercises that involve knee impact (I’m protective of my knees as they are in good condition) and have issues with the ball of my left foot, so can’t do tip toe, but again improvise those particular exercises. Love weighted workouts!! 💪🏃‍♀️💕

    I am so glad i stumbled across your channel. I love yoyr workouts! So many options from standing, sitting and floor strengthening, 15-30 min workouts, targeted body parts, just everything you could ever need, oh and can’t forget stretching! Plus health and lifestyle tips and information. Your lower impact/ more gentle options make everything you do doable! 😀. After not being able to exercise for a decade from.pain and issues, it’s amazing to be able to get moving again.
