Iβm too old for all thatπ . I stopped TODAY at my favorite Mexican restaurant. They make their red salsa fresh every morning. They sell it and chips to go. I skip the chips. Couple weeks ago I saw someone from the restaurant buying up the best cilantro at a grocery store.
This is exactly how I like my salsas but I use Serrano peppers instead. We love the heat!! π₯π₯ avocado to the green salsa is also a great addition!!!

I learned from you Mayra a while back that the JalapeΓ±o spiciness is in the veins and not the seeds. I started making JalapeΓ±o poppers about a year ago and I couldn’t understand why they were so spicy after I took the seeds out because so many cooks Ive watched said its in the seeds. Thank you for that information.
