    For the pancakes, try adding 1/4 tsp baking powder to make them extra fluffy or swap regular milk for buttermilk! (Buttermilk has the same amount of protein as regular milk as far as Iโ€™ve seen on the labels.) Also, add a splash of vanilla extract ๐Ÿ’•
