Nice one, Autumn!❤
awesome tips thanks👍
Going to watch this video again because it contains so much information! Also do you think there is a difference in the taste using 🇮🇹 italian tomatoes vs using north american diced tomatoes? I will give them a try. 10 of the 10 video 😉! Thank you Autumn 💪❤️🇨🇦
I don’t think there is a considerable difference in the taste when cooking for meals, so using whatever is local to you or what you can find at the grocery store (if buying canned) will work great! There may be some variation in texture and flavor with the types of fresh tomatoes, so using what you enjoy is most important in this sense!
Cool
How’s the stock of your protein powder? It says it’s out of stock. The vanilla one.
Hi! The vanilla protein powder will be back in stock soon! If you haven’t already, you can click the “notify me when available” button to receive an email when it’s back in stock! 😊
@@AutumnBates awesome 🤩 thank you so much
I respect marriage…I’m just saying both of your size versions are perfect to me 🔥the before and after … that’s because you’re built properly and take care of yourself 💯
This is a great video! Love zucchini! We make zucchini “fries”- dip in egg and a little almond flour and bake in the oven they are so good!
That sounds delicious Joyce! 😋
I have come to love scrambled eggs with cottage cheese!!
Please make a new Greek yogurt video with your updated way of making it! 😊
If you have an instant pot, I’ll highly recommend using it for making yogurt! I make it about once a week and it turns out perfect every time. So easy. I use a Greek yogurt strainer after making it. Turns out so thick and delicious.
@@margrose5 I have seen that. 👏🏾 Autumn says she has an improved way of making it and I’m interested in seeing that! 😊
If I had an instant pot, I would definitely use that method as well!
@@AutumnBates Instant Pot is also perfect for making hard boiled eggs! No peeling problem’s anymore.
Love cottage cheese in omelette & chicken or salmon salad
I love your protein powder🙌 it’s the best!
it’s ironic that the commercial at the beginning of this video is for Burger King! 🙂
I pay so I never see the ads. That’s funny though.
😂
It would be great if you could reformulate your protein powder so that it does not contain natural flavors. Nothing natural about them and I cannot believe as a nutritionist, you put them in your protein powder.
I’m confused.
Hi! Our chocolate and unflavored do not contain any natural flavors. All of our protein powders don’t use any artificial ingredients. Our vanilla uses a natural vanilla flavor derived from natural sources. However, if you are looking to avoid natural flavors all together, you can opt for our chocolate or unflavored proteins 🙂
Okay, but why the guar gum in the chocolate?
This is a great video. Although I’m curious, how do you feel about celeriac? It’s one of my favorites, I use it instead of potatoes. Tonight I’m making it into dirty fries and I often put it into moussaka or use it to top shepherds pie. I love vegetables they are so versatile.
That’s a great swap!
Thanks for these great eating ideas, these are great building blocks for a delicious weight loss menu. ❤❤❤
I am so curious about seafood protein because I love it so much – things like adding mussels to my eggs or having calamari and prawns with some fave sauces or grilled octopus. The protein is so lean and easy to prepare and beautifully delicious . I am so curious about what you think about seafood protein. I really love how they are so beneficial for micronutrients as well. And I especially love how I have to worry a lot less about GMOs and antibiotics and animals being fed crappy food. It’s such piece of mind any time I make a seafood meal.
Lots are high in mercury and pcbs
🌞 I love this long term common sense approach to eating healthy! Thanks Autumn! ⚘️
Cheers! ☕️🕊♥️✨️
Red meat has me in the toilet several times a day if I eat it. So….can you talk about pork or turkey or fish? Those are the only animal proteins that I eat that my microbiome likes. I have two of your e-recipe booklets and cannot make the beef ones and it would be nice to see some pork or turkey recipes.
Autumn always maintains her graciousness and professionalism. Hopefully, some learn from her tact.❤
These comments…geesh.
I can not have eggs and have to limit the amount of dairy I have greatly. I have only a little bit of dairy weekly. But still keep up my protein needs. It can be done with dietary limitations.
