Couldn’t find TMG deep dives for u…I know you’ve mentioned it in prior videos…concerned about over 4g affecting lipids in trials, no mechanism so hoping unfounded, and do u count its glycine content toward ur total for day (I do 1.5g twice a day)? My dad just passed away at 83 few days ago. He doesn’t eat healthy or live a healthy lifestyle. I’ve been wanting to live another 100 years since 2017 by doing biohacking such as intermittent fasting, ketogenic, paleo, it’s been working for me and I know I’m on track to get what I plan to do. The monk fasting of 36 hours is going to be one of the major thing I would do on a weekly or monthly basis.
You will be frail and have very poor quality life with low muscle if you fast like that so often
Fasting is harmful to your microbiome.
Do it every 3 months and you will be fine. I fast 32 hours every 3 months.
What empirical research is there about the ‘Monk fasting’ approach?

You should check out Dr. Brad Stanfield’s recent video on NMN supplements, or just vitamin B3 in general. Doesn’t increase muscle NAD in humans, but exercise does. Also, all these forms of B3 can be harmful in the long run if you are mega dosing.
Instead of drinking coffee I eat it. It doesn’t taste good anyway, so I just eat it with spoon and flush with water. Or sometimes I make coffee capsules. Cheap, simple and effective.
