To maintain a healthy weight, the Food and Drug Administration recommends eating 275 grams of carbs a day. For some people, that amount of carbs in a 2,000-calorie diet works. But if it doesn’t work for you, you may consider following a diet lower in carbohydrates. This video shares four options: Carnivore, Ketovore, Keto, and Low-Carb. I’ll let you know what makes them different and provide food lists for each level.

Yass girl!!!! Keep it coming. I’m down 30 pounds in six weeks doing dirty keto. I still eat healthy things but dirty keto keeps me on track. I count net carbs and believe it or not. I stay under 20 net carbs a day but my total carbs are over 100 and yeah I still lose weight every day.
