Mixing cottage cheese with scrambled eggs was a game changer for me in achieving that first meal protein target. Thanks Autumn!!

    • @AutumnBates says:

It’s a game changer for me too! So helpful and so tasty!

    • @nickiealtieri-enochs1914 says:

Same! I’ve been baking it in silicone muffin cups and freezing some for those mornings when I have to leave earlier for work. Sometimes I’ll add bacon, cheese or veggies. Yum!

    • @patriciabrennan-cg6ii says:

I literally just made that for dinner. Added the cottage cheese for the first time with chicken sausage and lots of spices. It takes a little longer to cook, but it was really good!!

This is great info! I have two questions….i am having a hard time with exercising at this time due to a lumbar back injury. When not exercising is a high protein diet still good for losing weight? 2nd- Do all of the LMNT mixes taste salty? If not which ones do not? Thanks again!!

  • @caramoore2174 says:

Autumn have you said in previous videos that one can use LMNT during fasting and also nutpods like in coffee?!?!

  • @wfroedgern says:

I was a vegan for almost 20 years and just started to really have issues with insulin resistance and carb sensitivity. It’s very hard to limit carbs on that lifestyle. I’ve been following your recommendations for about a month now and can’t believe how much I’m changing. At first I was like a bear eating a salmon out of a stream, face-planting into the meat. I’m still adjusting, but joined the summer challenge and am excited to see where this takes me.

    • @gra795 says:

Same happened to me! A few years ago when I turned 39 i noticed I was becoming very carb sensitive. I am now eating fish and just started eating red meet. I have to block it out a bit hahah, but I do feel better and calmer.

    • @alabama.worley says:

Yikes! Sorry to hear that. At least you’ve found your way.

  • @ApostolosKatsioulas says:

If red meat and dairy are stuff that you might think will mess up your digestion (it is a case for me, unfortunately) there are still options. Autumn, for instance, mentions WHOLE eggs. I’d suggest salmon, tuna or any other fatty fish of your preference. When I got into managing my body weight, I fell into the trap of snacks and I’d have “healthy” protein bars; nowadays, although I don’t have snacks since I am intermittent fasting (Autumn got me into it), not anymore for weight loss but I find it assists me in being less stressed and more focused to my daily routine, I’d say beef jerky or boiled eggs could be decent snack options. As for walking, call me a psycho but even when it’s extremely hot I’ll still go for a walk just to clear my head and get some air and sunlight. Cheers. P.S. today is my graduation day from university and I felt like sharing it :).

  • @turtlescanfly7 says:

In 2022 my doctor determined I was prediabetic so I bought your intermittent fasting bundle. Change is hard so I started with just following your breakfast recipes and in 3 months at my next blood test I was firmly in the normal range again. Unfortunately I became hungry 24/7 while post partum & breastfeeding in 2023 and I while I ate mostly healthy my diet has gotten increasingly more sugary so I’m trying to get back on the IF, daily walks and increased fat/protein lifestyle.

  • @michelleweintraub945 says:

I know 1 of the rules for a healthy diet is to drink lots of water. I was wondering if seltzer water is ok to drink or should you stick with plain water?

  • @lisacrane6581 says:

Thank you Autumn. What do you think of using a stationary bike? Is it as effective as a walking? 🌺
