Nice job, Autumn!❤
Never knew there was a Facebook group. I just requested to join!
Great summation. 👍
Ever since Menopause I’m never full even after adequate Protein and fat… not everyone gets full after eating protein.
Just the opposite post M..
Hard to eat enough and therefore not being able to acheive protein goal.
One thing for certain: The same thing that I did to lose those 5lbs for the first 35 years since 20yo, don’t work post M.
Eat less, move more is BS after menopause. Now all about not too much cardio, lots of protein, and weight training every other day.
So glad it’s not just me! 49 and newly post meno. I always prioritize protein and fiber to help with satiety, but I am still hungry ALL the time😭
@@circa1890eat less move more is always bs for long term.
@@margrose5 Not for me. That was my guide for 35 years – worked great.
But I also think there is more behind weight gain now. Especially with certain chemicals that are much more prevalent in our environment.
One recent study showed that PFAS now overtook diet/exercise in being able to regulate weight. It’s a known hormone disrupter.
These chemicals are over limit in close to 50% of the U.S. tap water, and other sources, as well.
3M, Dupont, etc has (knowingly) poisoned our water sources over many years and these contribute to weight gain.
😢
@@RenySouthCarolina the struggle is real 😫
Thank you! 😊 🎉
🔥🌿👍🏽👍
Something helpful for me is to differentiate between a craving and true hunger.
And also noticing if you’re eating out of boredom
A tip- I keep raw veggies on hand, rinsed and prepped, to munch on while I prepare meals. Eating the veggies first slows down the glucose spikes from the meal (I learned this from the Glucose Goddess)
Loving the meal plan! Finally satiated at 53 YO
Is having a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar in the morning good to have? Benefits?
You can search Autumn Bates Apple Cider Vinegar. She has lots of videos with this included and tells you when/how to use it
I’m going to hit the fb group. Live this input. On the antibiotics topic I recently changed jobs due to a super toxic environment. I was way suffering from anxiety and my md put me on a med and I instantly added 10# of weight. Off it now but still can’t drop the gain!!
